is it possible to when users go to end of the page then forum go to next page automatic
or add next page end of the page as like as facebook

So you're wanting that when they're reading a topic and they scroll down to the bottom they're put onto the next page automatically?

If so I don't believe such a system is possible. I've never seen something like that on any type of forum both in forumotion and outside of forumotion.

i want when users reading a forum or blog automatically go to next page or add next page to end of the page

There should be some kind of image or text that says next page or up.

No, this feature is not available in the Administration Panel. It could be added with JavaScript, but we don't have the time to work on Script requests. If you wish, you can suggest it here.
