Solved upload attachment issue

Hi,
the users of my forum are currently experiencing issues in uploading attachments.

The forum is http://gdpb.forumattivo.it/
I have purchased 500Mb of space.
I think I did the setup correctly as per the following image

I (as admin) can post attachments, but my users cannot. When they try, they get the message "Could not upload file : exceeded user allowed storage. (Free space : 0)"
They have the permission to upload and download attachments.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you check to see if the space for members have been used up?

ACP --> General --> Attachments

You can see the allocation of space in that area.
