How to hide Formotion link on html

To hide the link to custom created html pages put the following code

You can put alignment if you need it depending on were you want it but the code will hide it on the html pages this my code I use

What does this code do exactly? Please note that it is against our terms of service to hide the Forumotion link on an HTML page. Doing so will result in forum termination. I have removed the code from your post until this is clarified.

Let me explain in admin cp in modules under
Html page magement
You can create your own htlm pages useing basic code htlm.
In htlm page modify it has this Use this page as homepage ? (No) (Yes)If you check yes, you have to insert a link to forumotion.com what my code does is hide the link
On the created htlm page and there is no rule saying you can not hide it on html page modify. My htlm I does have a image that is a href link that redirects to my forum because it already has the forumotion on it any ways so I do not know why this was misunderstood when there is not rule making your own htlm page yourself hiding simple links, And if there is a rule against makeing your own htlm page useing your own htlm coding which a freedom not a law then change the modify htlm page saying you can use hidden code htlm because htlm is htlm you can not change something that works and people use online it's like without Java script you can not do any if there no html because there counter parts.

Also prove your not allowed to use hidden htlm code on html show the rule that clearly states that rules no hiding or useing htlm code hidden to hide on your htlm pages in htlm magement and if there no proof then the code is fine

You can not hide the link. If you use it as your homepage then the link has to be visible.

In the Terms of Service, under section LIMITATIONS OF THE SERVICES, it says.

Terms of service bla that has nothing to do with the a custom html page because as long as you have a href

In HTML 4.01, the <a> tag could be either a hyperlink or an anchor. In HTML5, the <a> tag is always a hyperlink, but if it has no href attribute, it is only a placeholder for a hyperlink. HTML5 has some new attributes, and some HTML 4.01 attributes are no longer supported.

I have that redirects to my foum that has the copyright on forum any way on bottom but on my htlm the link is hidden but still there, I am not removeing the psychoal copy right on forum just the htlm is that so wrong no there a difference between the 2 a htlm an forum

A link to your forum is not the same as a link to www.forumotion.com . A link to Forumotion has to be visible unless you are using your forum's header and footer.

this is what I am talking about this is a href link that drects to main forum I could do the same thing with that forumotion link easy but it's no fair to force people who know html coed well to stop there work your break there own creativity and there own work html is under terms as well that if you know htlm you can use any thing

Sorry, but that is how Forumotion wants it to be. There has to be a link to Forumotion.

Adding the link does not stop someone from creating their own HTML page.

Fine then I will do a href image with a forumotion image and you can do nothing to termate a href link that has image copy right done that wa easy here my code I used to actlly show copy right

I don't see the big deal in leaving copyright links, and there is no actual fight here. It's nice that you may have found an alternative, yes.
