how to make the sms payment at the site to get credit by donates so people can see it?

Administration. Panel - Misc. - Credits Management - Donation System
Activate it. A link called contribution will appear in the footer links.

If i remember correctly this is still not completely working. I believe you will need to buy the credits, the donations buttons have been disable in some forums.

You have to be using the founder account and be in advanced mode.

if this is not showing for you then it was removed when the problem with paypal was removed.

i just made the forum so i go misc and there is not that kind thing credit management

Yes, Estonian forums don't have that option right now.

You can copy the founder's SMS link and members can donate through that. However, it always shows that founder sent the SMS.
