Redirect users to an article on the home page...

So I am using phpbb2 or whatever it is, and on the front page where all the links to topics are, can I direct directly to an article that's only the text, none of the logo... See my forum

Look at the rules and guidelines one, it has the logo, and it looks all bulky... how do I have just the text?

I do not understand what you are referring to.  Please post a screenshot of the issue.

Sorry, I realised what I said makes no sense...

What I want is to be able to directly change the icons for each topic/forum/thread thing... So it's different for all topics... Just for the subforums... and how do I have a homepage on my forum direct directly to a post/thread.
