how to force it to center instead of right
i thought this template is the reason but i think its not

all is needed is to make the fast reply box in the center not the right or left side thanks a lot

Since it is in Arabic, I believe the whole theme is design for being that way.  If you look at the forum, everything is to the right.

Since guests can not see a topic and reply to a topic, it is hard to help. 

Have you tried to get help from the official Arabic support forum?

i can PM you my account and password
also in the Arabic forum he still asking there but they said delete cockie - cache - etc and the forum will work its from your Browser O.o
this was the reply`s to him there
here is image how its looks

the image is at 1600X1200 so it may take time to load
as you see its at the right side its needed to be at center
this is his problem
i tried with things i know in that template i provide but no change as he said i tested the CSS of his forum on a test forum it dose not control the quick reply box so if there some CSS or any thing that force the quick reply to be at center this should solve the problem
i hope im not bothering you
