What the heck happened to our forums?????

They've disappeared, and it's been that way for 3 months or more? It goes to an Adfly download...

If you get an AdFly page and then an OnlineGuardian page, it means that your forum has been banned.

Your forum was banned For breaking our TOS that is why you get that page.

sorry OP but your forum has been banned for a reasonable reason by the staff.

I smell something wrong here.. After Battlefield 4 came out, most communities became splintered and we became stagnate, hardly ANYONE posted anything on the site for about 4 months. I checked it every day too see what kind of activity might be taking place, games people were playing etc.. I GUARANTEE you, you cannot point to a TOS violation.. I watched it like a hawk even when we were very inactive... So, where is this "reasonable reason" you are talking about.. I'm all ears here.. Like I said, either Forumotion changed hands or something.. If it's because we have been inactive for a while, SAY IT!!! But 200K clicks going to YOUR credit, is not shabby.. We are getting ready to revamp for Battlefront, and the crew will be there with MANY more clicks.. But to say we have violated the Terms of Service is FALSE!!! I know those forums inside and out, I have monitored EVERY new registration since the inception of www.strengthandhonor.forumotion.net... Go ahead, give me the reason RIGHT on this forum.. We have nothing to hide! Post it.. That's what I thought, YOU CAN'T cause there isn't one.. Also, I would like to know what this "Adfly" thing is that looks like it want's to download Malware???? I CNTRL-ALT-DELETE to get rid of it?

If you think your forum has violated any part of the TOU, you free to contest the ban. Other then that, nothing more you can really. I don't know the reasons your forum may have been banned, but I know that if that is indeed what happened, that is the only thing you can do.

The database says that your forum was ban because of spam.

ad.fly has been used for many years with no complains.  Sometimes it is the ads that cause the issues.  I never press the ads, but the skip ad button that appears at the top right.

It is also used on links to data host sites, like mediafire.

I think you need to clear up in your head what AdFly actually is.

Some hints:
a) it's not a download page
b) the page by itself is not a virus


You have no base for reporting anything as of yet and frankly you are wasting your time. Either contest the ban on the link I posted above or move on to another forum service without the sad attempts at causing drama.

OK, I will find the link you posted to contest the ban.. Number one, I should have been notified, number two, know the difference between "Drama" and "Disenfranchised" There IS a difference.. If you were on the other side of this, you would certainly be upset, don't say you wouldn't.. I spent a LOT of hours working on that website, countless monitoring and tweaking.. I'll check back with you after appealing the ban.. I just hope to see where this spam is supposedly cause, I checked it daily right up til the day it disappeared..
