Inobox and Home disapeared from Menu

Description of problem

Hello since forum display was changed the Home and Inbox buttons have disappeared. No one can check their inbox. We can click on banner to get to home page but can not get to our inbox. We click on members and can send pm from there but no option to click on inbox or check it and I have tried everything I know to do, Thank you for any help.

Do you have an image based navigation bar? If so, try going to: ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Pictures and Colors > Pics management > Advanced Mode and look through each tab, look for Private messaging or PMS and New Private Messages and PMs, if nothing is added as an image next to it, try uploading or linking to one and hit save. This will then re add the 'PM' and 'New pm button' to your navbar allowing you access to your inbox.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I did not know she had it that way I just took over design for forum and we had no clue what the last person did and she was not home for awhile thank you again!!!!
