Level: Founder

Alright so I was wondering if it was possible to get a header like the 1 displayed on this invisionfree forum? I'm aware we are on forumotion but I was just wondering if there was a way to have my header/navigation separate from everything instead of tied in one?

As for my second question, how would I be able to get a who's online section like the 1 displayed on this forumotion help forum?

May you please explain better what you mean by separated by the rest of the site? Maybe you could make another screenshot and draw arrows to indicate where you want stuff to go, etc?

You want a header similar to this theme correct ?

I did that on phpbb3, but it should be possible on phpbb2. I'd just need your overall_header template. ^^
Go to Admin Panel > Display > Templates > General > overall_header

Works perfectly, just one question though... is there a way I can actually have the

background:url('https://i.servimg.com/u/f21/18/21/60/73/bloc-a10.gif') repeat;
min-height:200px;

be the actual banner? Like I want that to display fully, not as the background to the real banner. When I delete the real banner it just shrinks down the background. I want that to show fully.

Well, one way you can do that is to change min-height:200px; to height:200px;, and then adjust the height so that it corresponds to the height of the background image. That's what you want to do, correct ? Smile

If necessary you can also hide the elements on the logo so they don't display on the background banner. ( e.g. default banner, site title, description, etc.. ) If you need help with that let me know.
