You do not have to add anything for Yahoo to index your forum.

Google, Bing, and Yahoo indexes your forum on their own.  The others could be blocked from indexing your forum, like Baidu.

Your forum will not list all search engines.  I believe only Bing, Yahoo, and Google will appear.  This does not mean that the others will not index your forum.

Are you sure that when you saw guests that they were Yahoo crawlers?

Hello,

Only Google, Yahoo and Bing will show up as recongized bots on the forum. While other search engines can index your forum as a guest, they will not be recognized as such, only a guest. This can not really be changed and is out of our hands, as that is programmed serverside. I believe there is a suggestion about this as well.

P.s I do not think SLGray was trying to 'insult your intelligence', he was simply trying to understand better your problem. Wink
