Solved What happens during maintenance mode?

If maintenance mode is going on in my forum, only admins and moderators can access the forum? Or all the group I created?

Hello,

During maintence mode, only Administrators can access the actual forum. Regular members and moderators alike will still be able to pyshically login, but won't be able to anything.
