Import Request Delayed?
Hello.
I created my forum on December 16th and requested a migration and provided the copy of the database, etc., as requested. I realize that with the holiday upon us that migration of our forum may take longer, but last Thursday (the 24th) I received an email to say that I needed to long in or the forum would be deleted do to inactivity. The problem is, I haven't heard back from anyone to say the migration is complete.
Please assist?

Do you have the link? If yes, you need to log in. Logging in should not interfere with the migration process.chancesspot wrote:Hello.

Re: Import Request Delayed?
Okay. I did that (logged in, I mean).
So, by your answer, then, am I to assume that you're working on the import? Like I said, I know it may take time with the Holidays and all, so that's fine. This is for a nonprofit organization so, I just wanted to be sure you have it and plan to get to it when you can?
Thanks.
