Log out on all devices

Is there a way I can log out my account from all devices?

Hello,

If you mean a '1 button logs you out of your account on all devices' type thing, then no there no feature like by default and I am not sure if this is possible at all or not.

You have to go on all of your devices and hit 'logout' from each. The problem with being able to come with a feature to log one of all accounts on all devices is that each device is dependent of another. When you login (if you hit 'remmeber me'), your browser places a cookie in a file, so that the next time you visit that site, it will just pull up that file and remmeber your information. Each device and each browser does this when you login and hit remmeber me. Since each device does this on its own and stores it on it's own, it would difficult to find a way for your forum to tell them 'delete all the you have on this site at once!'.

Now do note that once a month Forumotion does a server dump and this will clear all coolies and caches on all forums on all of forumotion's servers. This is so that if you dont log out on a device, you won't stay logged in FOREVER. Wink
