Please how can I change the date a post is made to now and maintain the page views for that post.

That's impossible, I'm afraid. We cannot change DB (database) entries.

You cannot change the date if any post unless you repost it and delete the original post. Note that by doing so, any posts after the original post and before the new post will be infront.
