Forum categories problem

So basically I tried to create a Categories named Inter Advertisement and create a forum named General Discussion under this categories but all I can see this Forum categories. You can check it here http://interadvertisement.forumms.net/
Then when I create another categories and forum the forum just under my General Discussion instead of a new categories...

Go to ACP >>   General Tab  >>  Forum >> Categories and forums >>

 
also see if your settings here are the same
ACP >> Display Tab >>  Homepage >> Structure and hierarchy >> split categories on index : Medium
