Where to add code to allow postimg image uploading

Are we able to integrate postimg.org uploading to our forum? Here is their relevant page: https://postimage.org/mod.php

From their drop-down menu I selected phpBB2, and downloaded their code. They say the code must be added to this file:
./includes/template.php

I cannot find that file anywhere in the admin panel. Can anyone help?

Your forum offers an image uploader already. It is in the editor. It is the first button in the fourth set (quick reply editor), fifth set (full editor).

I do not see Forumotion listed in the drop-down menu.

Right, there's only phpBB2, which is what my forum uses.

Hello i think i can help here.

when you look in the drop-down it says phpBB2 but it needs to have our host as we are not a 100% phpbb2 we are a modified version of phpBB2 so this will not work as we have are own way of programming.
