Uploading Image Problem, Help!

I made my main logo image in Photoshop, and when I upload it it says "Your uploaded file is too large or corrupted".
My current logo is 1000x159, and the one I'm trying to upload is also 1000x159.
Anyone know what my problem is?

Upload the image to tinypic.com & get the URL.

It keeps saying invalid format.. I've tried png, jpg, and psd.

Thats not possible. If its jpg, it should accept it.

I don't know how to use the multi-quote thing. so...
Rhen: I have copys of it in jpg, png, and psd.
Sanket: That's what I was thinking, I don't know what's wrong.
slg: I tried uploading on the administration panel, tinypic, and photobucket.
gassy: said the same thing.

Try photobucket.com anyway I've been uploading images of 8000px x 5000px to test it, so it's not the file sizes fault. Must be something wrong with your image. Can you send the image link and I'll try to upload it to my site to test it.

Okay, got it to upload to TinyPic by flattening the image. But now it shows the white behind the image.
