Hello,

May you please tell us what the ending to the email address is (Example: @Yahoo.com , @gmail.com , @AOL.com , @hotmail.com, etc). Do NOT give the full email address or the first part of the email address, just the ending.

Have you also tried using a different email address to try and create the forum?
