By default all forumotion forums have the new mobile theme. Does it not show up for you on mobile devices? Cause it was for me when using my phone.

It does. Nevermind...but I don't have a toolbar in the reply box to give mee the option to upload a picture, add emojis, etc.

You mean in the mobile version? It doesn't provide those options. Only on desktop version.

As I ain't the one who designed the theme, I am not sure. Probably cause there is so much you can fit for a mobile device unlike the desktop version.

Hello,

The mobile version was designed to be as basic as possible that it would work as smooth as possible on mobile devices. That is why it does not have all the options of the classic version.
