(#2419) : All of the Galleries on our Forum have disappeared !!

They were there last night and today there are none.
When I click on the Gallery link it says "Not Authorised" or "No Category has been created"
We pay for the Gallery service and have 21 different Galleries with over 7,000 photos.
Is there some way of switching the Galleries off and on?
If so I am not aware of this function.
There are no Galleries showing in the Gallery Management page. It's empty!!
However they all show up in the Gallery Storage page.
Can anyone help please?

Has the storage space for the gallery you purchased with credits expired?

Hi there and thanks for responding.
The Gallery Storage is valid until 28 Oct 2017 according to the Summary page.
However I did add 50mbs storage on the 6th December 2016 and wonder if that has something to do with this problem.

Since guests are not allowed to view the gallery, could you allow guests to view it until we solve the issue?

The slideshow in the sidebar is still showing photos from the Gallery.

set your forum new accounts to Admin to okay new accounts

then log out then make a new account in the name of say test support or what ever then send the password and user in a PM to the staff member then they will use that to log in but you will have to okay the account by logging in your ACP and ticking the green box and okaying the account you just made.

We are aware of this problem and we are already working on it. It's linked to the software upgrade that we announced on facebook and twitter. It will be resolved soon

Thank you for that The Godfather, it gives me a bit of hope, but the last 2 times that our galleries vanished due to upgrades, they never came back and had to be manually reloaded. I had liked the Forumotion Facebook page, but hadn't seen any posts for some time and when I checked it out found that I wasn't following the page anymore. I've sorted that out now.

hello, on my forum awhile back i created the gallery on my forum. One member posted a few pictures. however no going back to my album i just created, i don't know how and one of my members asked me hot to add images to it as well. I go to my own personal album, but I see no upload button or nothing.

Wooooooo Hoooooooo I'm so thrilled to let you know that all of our Galleries have returned to the state that they were before the upgrade. I'm over the moon and would like to thank all of the technicians who are responsible for this. I love you all and thanks a million as now we are back on track. Happy Birthday to Me

I'm glad your got it all back as it was before the upgrade.

We are sorry it all went wrong but as you know we work hard in making sure things don't go wrong but sometimes things slip past us.
