Forum Directory issue Empty Forum Directory issue

Post by v4lk3r 25/8/2017, 06:19

I have created my forum almost 2 months ago and still it does not appear in forum directory. However, I have noticed some other forums took 2-3 days to appear in the forum directory. My forum is hihellobye.forumotion.com

Is there any problem with my forum? Am I missing anything to list it into directory? I have the same issue with two of my other forums. Any help?

Did you check the yes box and added the category and sub-categories for it?

Thanks SLGray for your prompt reply. Yes, I did check to add my forum as follows:

Art, Culture and Leisures
-- Misc
-- Leisure activities

For the ref. here is the printscreen of settings for hihellobye forum I have the same setting for other 2 forums too. If you want I can PM you the screen-shots of settings of other 2 forums as well.

You need to remove your email address from your profile (forum field) and add your forum's link. I mean on the support forum.

Sorry about that. I updated it. Is there anything wrong with forum that it doesn't appear in the directory?

Sometime it take a while for it to appear. Try clicking the links in the footer links of your forum often.
