selling on forum?

Could someone tell me what the deal is with selling stuff on your forum? If any members get ripped off (either seller or buyers ) would i be help responsible? Some of the items members would be selling would be fairly expensive items.

You have to write that and make it clear to your members that your forum will not be held responsible for any transactions done within the forum.

The forum or founder will not be held responsible in any way shape or form you have to make it clear that members sell and buy at there own risk real addresses must not be shown in your forum it should be done by PM only where no one other then that member can see it.
