Description of problem

I cannot sign into vgchat on my account. The last time I signed in was the 15. I haven't been able to sign in for a week now. Can someone look into it? I'd show a screenshot, but it's on the other computer. And it's not a ban. People on the discord kept irritating me saying it was a ban when it wasn't. They have no empathy. It keeps sending me to adfly. Can someone look into it?

Don't worry I will do my best to get this fixed as soon as I can.
we have good speaking English staff here and in the head office so we don't have any problems our end,

We will get to the bottom of this problem I am sure of it.
