login on servimg not possible

hello,

i registered me at this forum because i wanted to use 'servimg' and log me in there...

but it is not possible although i tried it ~ 20 times :-( my username and pw are definitly typed correctly

is it possible that i need to get an activation-link to my account activatet there? (i didnt got a mail from servimg)

or is it a bug in google chrome?

Do mean the account from a forum? Whenever a new forum is made it automatically creates a servimg account for that forum. It uses the same exact default login details as the forum.

Is this what you mean?

when logging in the account you must use the same Email address and password as your founder account.

In the user name part put your Email address and then add the password as it was when you made your forum as a founder.

i didnt create a forum, i registered me as user, for example europlombs.com and this forum (forumotion.com)

i thought i will get a servimg-account too, to upload my pics for the forum-picture-database. other users (europlombs.com) can login at servimgcom without that problems

Okay i see now.
You should have an account already made up on you username.
when yougo on the forum you would be logged in as your name and when you press this button you should be logged in without getting asked for any data at all.

Now If you made your account on the forum and then changed your Email address / and or password this will then come up with a page saying for you to log in to your account.

This means you have to log in using the Email address and password you used when you first made the account on the forum.

The problem is our system will make an account with your First email address and password used on our forum now as servimg.com is hosted outside of our system by a outside host and not our 's at all the system will not change the data when you change anything on our forums.

So what I am really saying is Did you change your password or Email address in the forum at any time ?

i changed my email-adress and password in the forum after i failed many times to login on servimg.com.

but now its definitely the same email + password from the first registration (as these infos are in the registration-email)

i just read something like that before , what you said.

i think i will make a new account with other email and name and see what happens

keep in mind that as a user you can not create a servimg account, only founders of forums can have a servimg account, so you should create a forum for that.

I think you are a little wrong there.

Every member on all of our forums have there own account made when your account is made on the forum it has nothing to do with the founders account at all.

you are putting your Username in the box you need to put your Email address in the top box then your password in the bottom one

ok i have sent this on and i hope to get a reply back on monday but it may take longer as they have to talk to Servimg.com and they are an outside host and not nothing to do with us directly.

true, forgot that when Foroactivo put servimg as the default image host it worked for all users, sorry

now its fixed and works

i tried it 2 minutes ago and failed but rightnow some admin from imgserv.com must have fixed it

... and i got the registration-mail to my given email-adress ...
