Site description

Hi,
I changed my site description both in Forum/Configuration and in Search Engines, but still when I copy/paste a link of my forum to someone the description on the link is old. So, the new description is applied on my forum, but not on the link of my forum. How do I change this? I will attach a SS to this message so you can see exactly what I mean.

Ok, so this was the old description:

This is the new description:
https://i.servimg.com/u/f62/19/85/78/18/ss10.png

The problem is, when I copy/paste the link of my site to someone, or post it on FB or whatever, the link attached shows the old description seen on the first image above. The new description is OK on my site, but not on the link. I hope I explained it right.
