Solved Notification new post

Post by christien March 8th 2018, 7:58 pm

One of my members does not receive emails on the topics he has a membership. He already already tried turning of the notifications/his membership and back on, but that didn’t work. What can he do in order to receive emails on the topics he wishes to?
