Hi... I have just tried to change my admins setting to allow her to change her own password.. I have tried what you suggest  :ie My forum url and my administration password but its not accepting either or my email address... Im sure i set it up using the email i have now but to be sure here is my forum url https://pspplayroom.forumotion.co.uk/ and my email address is  deleted by skouliki the only other email address i have ever used is deleted by skouliki and i have tried both. I am the founder of the group
