How do I cancel my forum & disable the URL?

I set up a free forum years ago but my group no longer uses it. I have deleted all of the content but I also want to completely delete the actual url so that users will no longer be able to go there.

The forum address is targetd.forumotion.com

How can I completely cancel/delete/remove the forum address/url ?
