Hello sir

I made a forum with address as follows :

My problem began when my HDD collapsed and things went out of control.

my forum email which I registered is REMOVED EMAIL ADDRESS BY APE

But when I tried to log into my forum both the user login and the admin login is Impossible.

I tried to retrieve passwords for countless times but damn sure I lost it all.

my email is REMOVED EMAIL ADDRESS BY APE

kindly support me to retrieve from this issue.I tried to email from my registered email id which I think it be sure.This is the email  where I found my information about registration and login for the forum.

I have removed your Email address from your post as it is not safe to give your Email address in public view.

I have sent you a new password by Email to your Email address you have gave.

Please note your Founders log in name is Admin

When you get your new Password by Email you MUST type it in as you see it in your Email and DON'T try and copy and paste the new password as this will not work.

when you are logged in please change the password to something you will remember then let me know here so i can close your case. and please don't forget to press the mark solved button found at the top of this topic when you have logged in and changed your password.

Really I know not to provide email in public.
But if you needed to contact me I have to provide a means in this condition.
Hence I made it.
Thank you I regained the position will change the password as soon as is possible.
