moderator unable to see our 'staffroom'

Hi all,

I recently appointed a new moderator but he is unable to see our the moderators 'staffroom' at the top of the forum list.

I have checked his status and can confirm it recognizes him as a moderator. Deleted him as a moderator and re0instaed him as a moderator, but to no avail.

Hi is your member in a staff group ?

ACP >> Users & Groups tab >> Groups >> Group administration >>

You can also try the following

ACP >> Users & Groups tab >> Users >> Users management >>

Type in the users name in the Username / e-mail : box then when the members name comes up press the little yellow cog  then press >> Permissions >>
tick the boxes you want to add the member to then save.
