Timeout problem

I don't know why when i'm trying to go to my forum its giving me this message

Code:: Request Timeout This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

its working fine now .. but its the third time that it happened in the last 4 hours

and all day the forum is so slow ....
any help ??

I asked the technicians to know if a server is having troubles. They confirmed it's the case. They will try to get it back to normal as soon as possible.

Guys .. the problem still exist ..
The froum is out more than it's online
the Index is working but i can't go anywhere
i just wanna know if the erver problem is not solved yet

The servers are overloaded. Levi (one of the technicians) said this morning that the pruning of inactive boards has been reactivated yesterday and will continue for two days, so it should get back to normal progressively.

I had the same problem last night on this board and on my forum

Thanks for letting us know. Our forum has gone down now, we were getting the timout message, but now we're just getting "cannot connect to server" errors.
