hi there me and my members are having problems with my forum we keep getting timeout every 20 seconds leaving us to sign in agian what seems to be the problem can anyone help

I don't know if it's a certain problem which can be solved, but I know that it might happen
1.because of the site you created your forum
2.because your forum is too big to load quickly
3.because of your connection.

It sometimes happens to me as well in some forums.
I think I'm not a help at all, but this is what I know......
