-Why can't I change the zodiac signs!???
-What is the comand for Scrolling in portal!
-Serbian language is not finished! needs work! I'm willing to help!

2) marquee html tag... (You need to know HTML)
3) I do dont not know what your are talking...

1) I have just two choises! I want to make my own signs!
2) I know html! but what is the command! for scrolling (up, down, left or right?)
3) Well you see... there is this forum wright? and you like have languages to chose from. And you like have a serbian language there, witch is my language... But ya see, this language for these forums ain't like "complete"... But as it IS my home language, maby I can help it get "complete"
