How do you upload music into a message to be posted onto the forum and how do you upload videos or embed them?

Videos. Go to Youtube, register and login. Now go to your Account -- > Upload

And upload your favorite video. Than wait 10 min , and go to your video link.

Now if you want to post video from youtube, this is code
