Solved Users online-DONE

hello,

sometimes when a user-member is online but not moving for some minutes or longer the system dont seem to show this member online ...

is there a way to change this ?

Hi Dora,

There is no way to change this unfortunately. The system refreshes what online users are doing every 5 minutes only. If they are inactive after a period of 5 minutes, then they won't show up as online even if they are.

but my members are playing in my portal online games why is this seems as...not moving ..?
