Private Forums

Hello,

I would like to know how to make a forum appear for only one particular group. Meaning, you have to be a member of the group to see this forum.

Set the permission sof your forum to PRIVATE (I believe it's private)

I thought that is what you were supposed to do, but I thought it would make it visible to all who were in any group. But I see I was wrong.

Create The forum .. set the permission in th catgory to (View: groups, Read: Groups, Reply: Groups, ..... )
then go to the usergroup u created and select permissions ... from the end of the prmission page choose advanced .. go to the category and set the prmissions to (on)
