Loading emoticons-SOLVED

hello

iam in process of my new forum and my problem is that the emoticons
are in png file ..when i load gif its says that "that type is not allowed"

any syggestion ?

also the forum scrolling right ..but i cant fix it from the forum width..

Forum width, to change it
go to AdminPanel>General>Configuration
Forum Width: Change it to whatever you want.

forum width ok ...

but with the emoticons it does't work
when i load a smiley in gif file and clik load button nothing happen or say not allowed in gif form ....the emoticons are in png type

please notice i know admin panels iam not new ..

i dont know if the problem is with the theme
