People can't Register on my forum!

Help, There are people who want to register on my forum, but it is not letting them. (Before I go any further, I already checked, Admin Panel>Users and Groups>User Options>Allow New Members : Yes)

After they let me know, I tried my self to make sure, and it didn't work for me either, I type in all the information I put as the required to register, (I used a different e-mail, username, and password than my account on my forum) and after a re-typed the password again, and hit OK, it came back to the registering page where I put in the required info. (Password, e-mail, username, profile stuff) And it had above those things, a Error box, (usually where a not matching password or something goes) but it was blank, nothing on it.

Please help, I have no Idea why this is doing this.
