Why can't the moderator start a new topic???

help mi pls!!!!

Only administrator can create new topic in forum ! If you want S.O start a new topic, you can set that user as an administrator ! It may be have more than one administrator in a forum of forumotion!

Yes, it really . ! If you want , you cant set for your sub-admin change all in your forum !

Sorry but at where do I set for the sub-admin?

Go to ACP => user & groups management => view member => select user name you want to set sub-admin => permission => user lever => select : administrator => done !
