General Error: Could not obtain security log information

i just log-in in my forum, it seems to appear well, but when i log in admin cp, there is this window saying "General Error: Could not obtain security log information" and my forum doesn't load anymore.. XD

help please..

please note the site could be doing the updates on the backups on all of our sites if not its a server problem as im getting slow forum and then blank white screens with Done at the bottom of the site..
all my members are trying aswell but nothing so just hold out for about 5 10 mins and then try again
