I think thats what it does, removes your account from the forum. Just fill in the details.

"You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password."

And I'm for 100% sure that everything was filled in correctly. Any other options? Well, I want to delete my account because a name change isn't allowed here, so if any Admin can change my name, I would be glad!

PM an administrator here (Typlo or Caihlem) and they will change it for you.
