Well, I can't access the forum without an account, so I'm only able to review what I can see.
The first thing I noticed is that your forum has a huge amount of forums on the index page. Consider using more subforums to make finding what you look for a bit easier and reduce unnecessary scrolling.
Graphically, it looks quite good to me. All graphics fit nicely into your design.
The only thing I think is really annoying is that you blocked right clicking. Some people want to open certain links in a new tab and people who want to download your images will be able to do so anyway by looking them up in the source code or the browser cache or by simply blocking JavaScript.

Sorry for being Off-Topic, but it was just something that I reviewed on his site lol, right-clicking is a habit.

By the way, I think I have to register to view the whole forums, but anyways, overall, I think that you have really modified your forums and I like it. GFX can be somewhat better though, but its style is creative in a way.
