What happends with my forum ?

Onlineguardian has deleted my forum cuz some reasons.
I want my back-up files but i cant loggin

I can only guess that you were adding links to software downloads (Warez etc) which just by chance isn't condoned by Forumotion and is against its policies (And T& C), legally they can and obviously have closed your forum because of this, Also legally they don't have to refund any money as you accepted these terms of service and if it was links to software (Warez etc) you broke them yourself

If you follow the instructions on the page you linked into your comments then you can appeal the decision

Oh thats the problem. Ive just coppied from an site. Ivedidnt know it wasn't a legal program. But could you delete all that stuff. and give my site back. i swear i dont upload nothing other than normal music.

Unfortunately music is copyright as well and will be part of the problem hence why even Youtube are banning members and music videos.

Go to the Online Guardian site and select the "Contest Decision" button and then state your case, Failing this you may have to contact an admin to resolve this issue.

Also you do have a number of days (30 i believe) to contest the decision

My personal advice for the future would be that unless it states "Open Source", "Free" or your an affiliate of that company then don't upload or link anything, even at that also give credits and link back to where it originally came from

Indeed, your forum has been deleted because of illegal contents, and won't be restored.

You can obviously create a new forum, but this time respect the general rules of Forumotion !
