Can the members on my forum leave comments on other members profiles if so is that possible and how to do it?

As I understand it, if you ask members can leave your Feedback Forum. If so, the answer is yes!
You put a new forum with these goals, which in this case would be the objective of Feedback on the Forum. Comments on the Profile, I can no longer there, of course, most think this is not possible, most certainly, create within the Suggestions Forum, which is the forum where the suggestion of his forum, a suggestion of topics related to users .

You can activate profile comments system by activating the advanced profile.
Please navigate to Admin CP > Users & Groups > Profiles > General Options
