Is there a way to get a popup for recieving PM's? I know you can set it on the profile. But can I (admin) make it so the option is default for everyone?

Only the member (them-self) can decided on if they want pop up or not, I'd prefer saying no if you had pop-up blocker installed but it is necessary to do it by User & Group > Search User > Any member you want > Find Allow pop up on new PM? If no, select yes. And you could send a information about it

Even if they have it block, there will be a message that something was blocked.
