Replies not always showing

This is what one of my members has just told me:

It's happened a few times now, I post a topic and I get an email saying someone has replied and I can't see the reply, unless I click Add a reply and then it shows it underneath, but it won't show it on the topic. Is it just my computer or is anyone else getting this?

I haven't experienced this problem myself.

Any advice?

Is it still happening to all the users?

I didn't have the email notification switched on myself so I tested it out and it worked fine for me.

However, it worked fine for me at the same time as this certain user was having problems. So I am led to believe it is likely to be a browser issue?

No other members have reported the error but this member still has the problem. However she hasn't told me what browser she is using yet (I have asked so will update here when I know).
