Gallery issues

Hi. I am new to forumotion ...

This is my first time trying to make a forum .. everything is going smoothly .. thanks for this great service you have got!

It shows on my admin panel that I have 20 mb for my gallery. well my question is:

what exactly does the gallery store? is it the forum banner, user avatars and such or is it each and every picture that a person puts in his post.

Even if it is the user's avatars storage area ... 20 MB would get over within a month ... and if in the future I upgrade it .. how long is the new storage valid for? a year? a month?

and lastly how to access the gallery and edit/modify it?

sorry if this question has been asked before and I have overlooked it. tried searching for it but couldn't find an answer. if you give me the link of a similar post. that will be help as well
