Switch Editor Mode Missed

I am here: Categories and forums --->> Modify a forum

In the Field "Descrition" i dont have the Switch Icon. I only can insert HTML Code Format.
Where can i Enable this Option? because its easier to format the Text or else.

I only have the Box , without the html sign.
Into the Box i have the real html code , but i want to switch to simply editor.

Hello,

There must be an 'HTML' button on it. If it is already enabled, you might see A/A button on top-right corner of the text box, click it and then try.
