I'm Pretty Upset

My site has been hacked into twice, yesterday and the day before.

I changed my password and everything else I could think of.

You claim you offer Maximum Security. If this was true, I wouldn't have been hacked into twice in two days.

I understand that this is all free and a person can only do so much. But this is just unreal! I banned the IP address hoping that would work and it didn't.

So, now, I'm just at a loss for words...........

To have a maximum security for your forums, always have long passwords with different kinds of keys like letters, symbols, with upper and lower case and many more.

If the forum is hacked, you can use the Back Up system

I've done that. I changed my password when I got the back-up the other day.

What I'm also trying to figure out is, since I banned the (unknown) user by IP address, how did he/she get back in and delete the forum....Again?

Maybe that users uses proxy.

I thought of that. Now, next question would be, how do I stop it?

The same IP address deleted my forum..........Twice.

Make sure that the IP address in the ban control is correct.

I did. I think my mistake was, not giving a date. I left everything blank.

This time, I made sure there was a date.
