Banned/Unbanned admin problem Empty Banned/Unbanned admin problem

One of my admins has banned himself, he tested it if it would work...unfortunately it did!!

I unbanned all IP addresses...and also he is not on the banned members list...but still, he can't login, it says, "you are banned from the site" , something like that...and I couldn't find a way to fix this problem... Help please??

Delete his account then make him sign up with the same name the make him an admin
